Your conversation is intimate and treated as sensitive personal information. It is stored encrypted at rest and is never sold or shared for advertising.

Conversations may be reviewed by the operator for quality and safety, for example when a message is flagged.

Your approximate location (state or country) is read from your IP address on each visit to apply the age-verification rules in force where you are.

If you join the waitlist, we keep your first name, your email address and where you came from (for example Instagram) to email you when your spot opens. It is never sold or shared. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask for your entry to be deleted at any time.

You can delete your account and everything Valentina remembers about you at any time in Settings. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, have additional rights to know, access and delete their data; how to exercise them will be stated here.
